Plenty of fan-favorite characters still haven’t hopped aboard Dodo Airlines and made their way to Animal Crossing: New Horizons, but none have been asked for more than Brewster. This café running pigeon has finally made an appearance, hopefully with plenty of coffee at the ready.
Is Brewster coming to Animal Crossing: New Horizons?
He’s already arrived! The Roost was first spotted in the September 2021 Nintendo Direct, and Brewster had been confirmed to still be there serving up sweet pigeon milk. He officially launched in-game on November 3rd, 2021 via the game’s Ver. 2.0 update — a few days earlier than the planned November 5th release date.

Where is Brewster in Animal Crossing: New Horizons?
Brewster is found inside The Roost after unlocking it. Unlike other significant locations and storefronts, The Roost will actually be found within a pre-existing place. By heading to the Museum and heading upstairs, Brewster and the Roost will be on the left-hand side.
Prior to getting The Roost set up, though, Brewster will be found on one of Kapp’n’s islands after Blathers sends you on a quest to find him. For more info, head to our Brewster unlock guide.
