20 Global Challenges were completed during this year’s global Pokémon GO Fest! Due to that, there will be three Ultra Unlock events happening this month. The first features a new debut to Pokémon GO – Tandemaus (and their evolved form, Maushold). In addition to Tandemaus being featured, other Pokémon that are in pairs/groups or have multiple regional forms will also be featured. (For more details about the Season of Shared Skies, you can check out our Season of Shared Skies guide hub.)
Now, check out what’s happening during the Ultra Unlock Part 1: Better Together event with our guide below:

Pokémon debuts – Tandemaus and Maushold
Tandemaus and Maushold will be available in Pokémon GO thanks to this event!

Outside of those two options, Tandemaus will also be added to the Party Play Pokémon encounter pool. (Tandemaus will also be available via the Timed Research in the paid The Grow Together Ticket.)
- Maushold: The only way to get Maushold in Pokémon GO is to have a Tandemaus and evolve ’em with 50 Tandemaus Candies.
- Family of Three and Family of Four versions of Maushold are tied to the Tandemaus that was caught. You can figure out which form based on the evolution silhouette on the Pokémon’s detail page.
