The Festival of Lights event returns this year during the aptly named Season of Light! Along with the appearance of Electric-type Pokémon and a few others that have a fairly nice glow when they’re in dark environments, this event is the debut for Morelull and Shiinotic (the Illumination Pokémon). You’ll be able to catch and evolve them, as well as enjoy various event bonuses, Field Research tasks, Timed Research, and more.
