Another Pokémon from this Hisui region is debuting in Pokémon GO! This time it’s Kleavor and they’ll only be appearing in Three-Star Raids (hence the Raid Day event). Plus, this is also the first event in Pokémon GO where the Remote Raid Pass daily limit has been increased.

Get all the details for this Kleavor Raid Day event with our guide below:

Pokémon GO’s Season of Rising Heroes – Kleavor Raid Day

Begins: Saturday, May 6th, 2023 at 11 a.m. your local time.

Ends: Saturday, May 6th, 2023 at 2 p.m. your local time.

Pokémon debuts – Kleavor

Kleavor*, one of Pokémon Legends: Arceus’ Noble Pokémon, is not only debuting in Pokémon GO, but it’s making a grand entrance with its own Raid Day event. Gather up some friends (or a pretty powerful team of Pokémon) to challenge Kleavor in Three-Star Raid battles. If you succeed, you’ll get a reward catch encounter. With some accurate throws, the right berries, and a little luck, you can add Kleavor* to your Pokédex in Pokémon GO. Plus, there’s a chance you could encounter a Shiny Kleavor!

Niantic does note that defeating Kleavor in Raids and catching one via a successful reward catch encounter is the only way to obtain Kleavor in Pokémon GO. Scyther is currently unavailable to evolve into Kleavor within the world of Pokémon GO.

Note: Pokémon marked with an * means that “If you’re lucky, you might encounter a Shiny one!”

Event Bonuses

  • Kleavor will appear more frequently in raids.
  • You’ll have an increased chance of encountering Shiny Kleavor.
  • Earn up to five additional daily Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs during the event and up to two hours afterward.
  • The Remote Raid Pass limit will be increased to 10 on Saturday, May 6th, 2023, from 12 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. your local time.
    • This means you can use up to 10 Remote Raid Passes during this time period instead of the recent restriction of 5 Remote Raid Passes.

This event also takes place during the An Instinctive Hero event, so the following bonuses will also be active:

  • 2× XP for hatching Pokémon
  • 2× Stardust for hatching Pokémon
  • Increased chance of hatching Shiny Pokémon from 2 km, 5 km, and 10 km Eggs.

Event Boxes

If any special event boxes or bundles are released during the event, they’ll be listed here once the event is live.
