The pool of Dynamax Pokémon continues to grow in Pokémon GO! For this Max Battle Day, this time the Legendary lake trio will get their Dynamax versions. Yet, if you want to add all three to your team and Pokédex, you’ll need to participate in some remote Max Battles as these three Pokémon are region exclusives in Pokémon GO.

Pokémon GO’s Season of Twilight Trails – Dynamax Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf Max Battle Day
Begins: Saturday, October 24th, 2026 at 2 p.m. your local time.
Ends: Saturday, October 24th, 2026 at 5 p.m. your local time.
Pokémon debuts – Dynamax Uxie, Dynamax Mesprit, and Dynamax Azelf
Dynamax Uxie, Dynamax Mesprit, and Dynamax Azelf in Pokémon GO! There’s just on big catch with the lake trio here. These three Pokémon are limited to specific regions in Pokémon GO and it’s being carried over for their Dynamax versions. So, in order to catch all three, you’ll need to participate (and win) in these special Max Battles that happening in certain regions:
- Dynamax Uxie: Appearing in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Dynamax Mesprit: Appearing in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India.
- Dynamax Azelf: Appearing in the Americas and Greenland.
Event Bonuses
- Max Particle collection limit increased to 1,600.
- All Power Spots will host Dynamax Battles Power Spots will refresh more frequently.
- Additional Power Spots will be active.
- 8× Max Particles from Power Spots.
- Two additional Special Trades can be made for a maximum of three for the day.
- From October 23rd,2026, at 5 p.m. to October 24th, 2026, at 8 p.m. PDT (GMT −7), the daily Remote Raid Pass limit will increase from 10 to 20.
- The following bonuses will only be active on Saturday, October 24th, 2026, from 12 a.m. to 5 p.m. your local time:
- 2× Max Particles from exploring.
- Trainers can collect Max Particles via the Nearby menu each day by exploring. Adventure Sync can help make sure your distance counts! Keep an eye on the Nearby menu for the icon that shows when Max Particles are ready to collect.
- 1/4 Adventuring distance to receive Max Particles.
- For these bonuses to apply, Trainers must first collect all Max Particles available in the Nearby menu.
- 2× Max Particles from exploring.
- If the Event Ticket is purchased: 2× XP from Max Battles
And if Trainers reach specific ranks in the GO Pass and/or GO Pass Deluxe, then the following bonuses will also be active until Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026 at 10 a.m. your local time:
- Tier 1 (Rank 1):
- One additional Candy for trading Pokémon.
- Trainers level 31 and above will receive one guaranteed Candy XL when trading Pokémon.
- Tier 2 (Rank 25):
- Open up to 40 Gifts per day.
- Receive up to 125 Gifts per day from spinning PokéStop and Gym Photo Discs.
- Hold up to 10 additional Gifts in your Item Bag.
- Tier 3 (Rank 50):
- 2× Daily Adventure Incense duration.
- Tier 4 (Rank 75):
- Increased Stardust and XP from hatching Eggs.
If GO Pass Deluxe is purchased, then the following bonuses will active when Rank 25 is reached instead, until Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026 at 10 a.m. your local time:
- Tier 2 (Rank 25):
- Open up to 50 Gifts per day.
- Receive up to 150 Gifts per day from spinning PokéStop and Gym Photo Discs.
- Hold up to 20 additional Gifts in your Item Bag.

If any special event boxes or bundles are released during the event, they’ll be listed here once the event is live. Daily bundles are also available and can be viewed online via the Pokémon GO Web Store.
- Dynamax Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf Max Battle Day Ultra Ticket Box (US$4.99, purchase limit 1, Web Store only): 1 Ticket (Dynamax Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf Max Battle Day Ticket), 800 Max Particles, and 60 Reward Points.
- Dynamax Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf Max Battle Day Ultra Ticket Box (US$4.99, purchase limit 1, in-app only): 1 Ticket (Dynamax Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf Max Battle Day Ticket), and 30 Reward Points.
Max Battles
Max Battles will be active during the event.
- Six-Star Max Battles: Dynamax Uxie*, Dynamax Mesprit*, and Dynamax Azelf*.
Additional Notes:
- Pokémon marked with an * means that “If you’re lucky, you might encounter a Shiny one!”
- Dynamax Uxie, Dynamax Mesprit, and Dynamax Azelf will only appear in certain regions:
- Dynamax Uxie: Appearing in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Dynamax Mesprit: Appearing in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India.
- Dynamax Azelf: Appearing in the Americas and Greenland.
- Max Battles require Max Particles (MP):
- One-Star Max Battles cost 250 MP.
- Two-Star Max Battles cost 400 MP.
- Three-Star Max Battles cost 400 MP.
- Five-Star Max Battles cost 800 MP.
- Six-Star Max Battles cost 800 MP.
Paid Ticket – Dynamax Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf Max Battle Day Ticket and Premium Timed Research
During the Dynamax Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf Max Battle Day event, Trainers can purchase a ticket to access an event-themed Premium Timed Research. For US$4.99 OR US$5.00 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency), you’ll get the Dynamax Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf Max Battle Day Timed Research which rewards Trainers with the following items (if tasks are completed within the time limit): 1 Max Mushroom, 25,000 XP, and 6,400 Max Particles. There will also be an additional bonus made available during the event: 2× XP from Max Battles.
According to the fine print, “[t]ickets are nonrefundable (subject to applicable law and the exceptions set forth in the Terms of Service).” Tickets can also be gifted to Trainers you’re friends with provided that you have a Friendship level of Great Friends or higher with them. This can be done via the in-game shop and by selecting the “Gift” button instead of the “Buy” button. Tickets purchased for friends are nonrefundable as well.
Please keep in mind that Timed Research quests have deadlines. Trainers must complete this Dynamax Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf Max Battle Day Premium Timed Research and claim all rewards before Saturday, October 24th, 2026 at 5 p.m. your local time.
