The 2026 North American International Championships for all competitive Pokémon games are happening this weekend in New Orleans! For this big event, multiple Twitch Drops have been activated for Pokémon GO, Pokémon UNITE, Pokémon Champions, and Pokémon Trading Card Game Live. For Pokémon GO, Trainers can watch and earn a Timed Research featuring P4T0M4N’s Seaking from his winning run at the 2026 Europe International Championships and a Battle Bundle filled with TMs and more.

Pokémon GO’s Season of Forever Forward – 2026 Pokémon EUIC’s Champion: Bonus Timed Research
Begins: Friday, June 12th, 2026 at 7 a.m. PDT
Ends: Friday, July 3rd, 2026 at 10 p.m. PDT
Pokémon featured – Seaking that knows Icy Wind (Charged Attack)
The star of this Timed Research is a Seaking based on P4T0M4N’s Seaking which was part of his winning team during the 2026 Pokémon GO Europe International Championships. This Seaking can be obtained when completing specific tasks in the Timed Research that is available through Twitch Drops.
Twitch Drops – Timed Research and Battle Bundle
For the entire weekend of Friday, June 12th, through Sunday, June 14th, 2026, you’ll be able to watch thrilling Pokémon battles live from New Orleans, Louisiana. Plus, Trainers who tune into the NAIC livestream on Twitch can receive codes for a Timed Research and Battle Bundle via Twitch Drops.
- Watch for 30 minutes and you’ll get an exclusive Timed Research opportunity to catch a Seaking used by P4T0M4N, winner of the 2026 Europe International Championships!
- Watch for 45 minutes and you’ll get a Battle Bundle that includes the following items: 1 Elite Charged TM, 1 Rare Candy XL, 25 Charged TMs, and 25 Fast TMs.
Trainers can watch the livestream on the official Pokémon GO Twitch channel and the official Pokémon YouTube channel. To get the Timed Research and Battle Bundle, you must watch via Twitch. Once the watch time is completed and the reward is claimed on Twitch, you can visit Pokémon Trainer Central and obtain the reward codes there to input into Pokémon GO’s Code Redemption page.
The livestream will be available during the following times:
- Friday, June 12th, 2026: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. PDT.
- Saturday, June 13th, 2026: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. PDT.
- Sunday, June 14th, 2026: 9 a.m. PDT to ???
These rewards can be claimed through Twitch from Friday, June 12th, 2026 at 7 a.m. to Monday, June 15th, 2026 at 7:59 p.m. PDT. Codes from the Pokémon Trainer Central site must be claimed via Pokémon GO’s Redemption page before Friday, June 26th, 2026, at 8 p.m. PDT..
Timed Research – 2026 Pokémon EUIC’s Champion: Bonus Timed Research
A Timed Research quest called 2026 Pokémon EUIC’s Champion: Bonus Timed Research will be active during the event. This Timed Research contains the following rewards: an encounter with a Seaking that knows the move Icy Wind, 20 Goldeen Candy XL, 10 Charged TMs, 10 Fast TMs, and more.

- Task: Catch 10 Water-type Pokémon
- Reward: 20 Goldeen Candies
- Task: Catch 20 Pokémon
- Reward: 10 Charged TMs
- Task: Evolve a Pokémon
- Reward: 10 Fast TMs
- Completion Rewards: 2,026 Stardust, 119 XP, and Seaking* encounter
Step 2/2
- Task: Power up Pokémon 10 times
- Reward: 5 Goldeen Candy XL
- Task: Battle another Trainer in the Great League
- Reward: 5 Goldeen Candy XL
- Task: Win 3 Trainer Battles in the Great League
- Reward: 5 Goldeen Candy XL
- Completion Rewards: 5 Goldeen Candy XL, 119 XP, and 2,026 Stardust
