Previously available during other Gigantamax events, Gigantamax Venusaur, Gigantamax Charizard, Gigantamax Blastoise, and Gigantamax Gengar return for another Gigantamax-focused Max Battle Day. Trainers who missed out on these four Gigantamax versions can team up with other Trainers to defeat these powerful Pokémon in Six-Star Max Battles. If you win, you’ll have a chance at catching a Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, and/or Gengar that can Gigantamax when taking on Max Battles. And if you’re really lucky, you may encounter a shiny version of them too!

Pokémon GO’s Season of Memories in Motion – Replay: GO Bigger
Begins: Saturday, April 25th, 2026 at 2 p.m. your local time.
Ends: Saturday, April 25th, 2026 at 5 p.m. your local time.
Pokémon featured – Gigantamax Charizard, Gigantamax Gengar, Gigantamax Venusaur, and Gigantamax Blastoise
Gigantamax Venusaur, Gigantamax Charizard, Gigantamax Blastoise, and Gigantamax Gengar are back! You’ll find them in Six-Star Max Battles during this event, and if you’re lucky, you may even encounter a shiny Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, or Gengar after defeating their Gigantamax versions in battle!
Event Bonuses
- Max Particle collection limit increased to 1,600
- All Power Spots will host Gigantamax Battles
- Power Spots will refresh more frequently
- Additional Power Spots will be active
- 8× Max Particles from Power Spots
- Up to three Special Trades for the day
- From Friday, April 24th, 2026 at 5 p.m. to Saturday, April 25th, 2026 at 8 p.m. PDT (GMT −7), the daily Remote Raid limit will increase from 10 to 20
- The following bonuses will be active on April 25th, 2026, from 12 a.m. to 5 p.m. your local time:
- 2× Max Particles from exploring
- 1/4 Adventuring distance to receive Max Particles
- Trainers can collect Max Particles via the Nearby menu each day by exploring. Adventure Sync can help make sure your distance counts! Keep an eye on the Nearby menu for the icon that shows when Max Particles are ready to collect.
- For these bonuses to apply, Trainers must first collect all Max Particles available in the Nearby menu.
- If the event ticket is purchased, the following bonus will also be active:
- 2× XP from Max Battles
Plus, the following Season of Memories in Motion bonuses will be in effect:
- Increased XP for a seven-day PokéStop spin streak.
- Increased XP and Stardust for a seven-day Pokémon catch streak.
- One additional Candy when trading Pokémon in-person.
- Trainers level 31 and above will receive one guaranteed Candy XL when trading Pokémon in-person.
And if Trainers reach specific ranks in the GO Pass and/or GO Pass Deluxe, then the following bonuses will also be active until Tuesday, May 5th, 2026 at 10 a.m. your local time:
- Tier 1 (Rank 25):
- Open up to 40 Gifts per day
- Receive up to 125 Gifts per day from spinning PokéStop and Gym Photo Discs
- Hold up to 10 additional Gifts in your Item Bag
- Tier 2 (Rank 50):
- 2× Daily Adventure Incense duration
- Tier 3 (Rank 75):
- Increased Stardust and XP from hatching Eggs.
If GO Pass Deluxe is purchased, then the following bonuses will active when Rank 25 is reached instead, until Tuesday, May 5th, 2026 at 10 a.m. your local time:
- Tier 1 (Rank 25):
- Open up to 50 Gifts per day
- Receive up to 150 Gifts per day from spinning PokéStop and Gym Photo Discs
- Hold up to 20 additional Gifts in your Item Bag
Event Boxes
If any special event boxes or bundles are released during the event, they’ll be listed here once the event is live. Daily bundles are also available and can be viewed online via the Pokémon GO Web Store.
- Replay: GO Bigger Ultra Ticket Box (US$4.99, purchase limit 1, Web Store only): 1 Ticket (for Premium Timed Research), 1 Premium Battle Pass, and 60 Reward Points.
Max Battles
Max Battles will be active during the event. Since this event is all about four Gigantamax Pokémon, Six-Star Max Battles will be given priority.
- Six-Star Max Battles: Gigantamax Venusaur*, Gigantamax Charizard*, Gigantamax Blastoise*, and Gigantamax Gengar*.

- Pokémon marked with an * means that “If you’re lucky, you might encounter a Shiny one!”
- Max Battles require Max Particles (MP):
- One-Star Max Battles cost 250 MP.
- Two-Star Max Battles cost 400 MP.
- Three-Star Max Battles cost 400 MP.
- Five-Star Max Battles cost 800 MP.
- Six-Star Max Battles cost 800 MP.
Paid Ticket – Replay: GO Bigger Premium Timed Research
During the Replay: GO Bigger event, Trainers can purchase a ticket to access an event-themed Timed Research. For US$4.99 OR US$5.00 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency), you’ll get the Replay: GO Bigger Premium Timed Research which rewards Trainers with the following items (if tasks are completed within the time limit): 1 Max Mushroom, 6,400 Max Particles, and 25,000 XP. Plus the following bonus will be active during the event as well: 2× XP from Max Battles.
According to the fine print, “[t]ickets are nonrefundable (subject to applicable law and the exceptions set forth in the Terms of Service).” Tickets can also be gifted to Trainers you’re friends with provided that you have a Friendship level of Great Friends or higher with them. This can be done via the in-game shop and by selecting the “Gift” button instead of the “Buy” button. Tickets purchased for friends are nonrefundable as well.
Please keep in mind that Timed Research quests have deadlines. Trainers must complete this Replay: GO Bigger Premium Timed Research and claim all rewards before Saturday, April 25th, 2026 at 5 p.m. your local time.
