Game Freak is shaking up the Pokémon formula with Pokémon Legends: Arceus. Trainers will now explore the Sinnoh region, but hundreds of years in the past. But even Sinnoh has some Alolan visitors from time to time! That’s right! Alolan Vulpix can be found in Legends: Arceus, but it takes a bit of patience. Here’s what you need to do.
Where to find Alolan Vulpix in Pokémon Legends: Arceus
Before you can start your quest to find an Alolan Vulpix, you must first find a regular Vulpix first. Lucky for you, it’s not too difficult to do. Vulpix can be found in the Cobalt Coastlands in an area called Veilstone Cape. Just walk around for a bit and, eventually, you’ll spot a Vulpix. Catch it, and travel back to town.
Head to the professors office and check his blackboard. A new quest will be available called “Snow-White Vulpix in the Snow,” which asks you to travel to speak with Keaka, an Alolan recruit from the Security Corps. You can find Keaka near the camp in the Alabaster Icelands.
Speak to Keaka to find out that five of his beloved Alolan Vulpix have gone missing somewhere near Avalanche Slopes. Your task is to find them all. You can typically find each Vulpix by looking on cliffs or raised areas in Avalanche Slopes. Once you find all five, go speak with Keaka once again. He’ll notice one of the Vulpix has taken a liking to you and asks you to take it along with you.
