Serebii may have let slip the impending reveal of Pokkén Tournament porting its way to the Switch. When mentioning a soon-to-be released arcade stick for the portable hybrid system, Pokkén was mentioned as one of the possible games supporting the peripheral.

PLATINUMGAMES TEASES THEIR FIRST SWITCH GAME

Famitsu interviewed Atsushi Inaba, executive director and producer at PlatinumGames, during BitSummit this month for hints at the company’s involvement in Switch game production. Not much detail was given on that front, but that won’t stop our imaginations from running wild. Wonderful 102, anyone?

Biff tweeted up another storm of ARMS news this morning, unveiling which character reigned supreme in last weekend’s Global Testpunch, the existence of the Mintendo Noodle House and a spotlight video on Twintelle’s pummeling pigtails.

ANOTHER SPLATOON 2 BADDIE ROLLS IN

Another new Octarian adversary is making a splash in Splatoon’s hotly anticipated squid-quel: The Octoreverser — a tube spewing octo-hunk whose bite is way worse than its bark.

A TRICKLE OF FIRE EMBLEM WARRIORS NEWS COMBATS THE FOUR MONTH DROUGHT

Breaking the silence since Fire Emblem Warriors’ initial announcement back in January, Famitsu revealed three more characters joining the fray. Unsurprisingly, Marth made the cut, joined by two completely original characters exclusive to the crossover title.

LOST SPHEAR GRINDING ITS WAY TO NINTENDO SWITCH IN EARLY 2018

Tokyo RPG Factory unveiled its next game to the world this morning, and it looks to share a lot of the aesthetics and gameplay elements that made I Am Setsuna a sleeper hit. Check out the gorgeous reveal trailer below.

ANOTHER RETRO ROMP THROUGH RIVER CITY PUMMELS ON 3DS

Hot on the heels of yesterday’s River City: Knights of Justice localization announcement comes another franchise favorite making the leap overseas. Prepare to polish those fisticuffs because River City: Rival Showdown — a remake of the very first River City Ransom title — is crusin’ for a bruisin’ on the 3DS later this fall.
