The finalists of LEGO Ideas’ Pokémon Trading Card Game Challenge have been selected, with the winner of the fan-made sets to be made into an official LEGO product.
From the 756 submissions, LEGO’s Review Board has selected five builds to enter the voting phase. LEGO Ideas members can vote for their favorite build until June 11th, which will help decide the Grand Prize (though LEGO states that vote counts are “not the sole deciding factor”).
All of the finalists are 3D interpretations of Pokémon cards, with each creature bursting out of its 2D frame in creative ways.

The Grand Prize winner will receive 1% of the total net sales of the product, ten complimentary copies of their LEGO Ideas set, and a LEGO Ideas Fan Designer credit/bio in the set materials. The four runners-up will each receive five selected LEGO sets.
LEGO stated that the results “will be posted on LEGO Ideas no later than February 4th 2027.”
The official Pokémon LEGO range began earlier this year with the “Eevee” set ($59.99), the “Pikachu and Poké Ball” set ($199.99), and the “Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise” set ($649.99).
