Shantae: Half-Genie Hero – Ultimate Edition will be receiving a reprinted physical version for Nintendo Switch courtesy of XSEED Games and Limited Run Games.
Limited Run announced the news via a tweet, which states that high demand influenced the decision to do a reprint.

XSEED Games will be handling production of the reprint (as they did the original print for Nintendo Switch back in 2018), while Limited Run Games will distribute it via their website.
Open pre-orders will begin tomorrow, September 11th at 10 a.m. ET and will close on Sunday, October 11th at 11:59 p.m. ET.
Shantae: Half-Genie Hero (the non-Ultimate Edition) will also be receiving a reprint for PlayStation 4 at the same time.
Limited Run Games is also offering physical releases of Shantae for Game Boy Color and Nintendo Switch, physical releases for Shantae: Risky’s Revenge – Director’s Cut for Nintendo Switch, steelbooks for Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse and Shantae: Half-Genie Hero – Ultimate Edition, a Shantae Switch slipcover, and Shantae and Shantae: Risky’s Revenge vinyl soundtracks.
All of these items will also go on sale for open pre-order tomorrow at 10 a.m. ET.
