Today SNK confirmed what I’d been hoping for since I had the chance to play SNK Gals’ Fighters – more NEO GEO Pocket on Switch. This umbrella of titles, now known as NEO GEO Pocket Color Selection, will include the return of Samurai Shodown! 2 (previously only available as an early purchase bonus for the latest Samurai Shodown on Switch) as well as the just announced King of Fighters R-2.
Though they’re sharing the branding, each game is releasing as a standalone title, all priced at $7.99. Hopefully more will follow, but for now you can look forward to King of Fighters R-2 and Samurai Shodown! 2 later this summer. SNK Gals’ Fighters is available now.
