Now that 2023 is here, a lot of sales numbers are coming in for the previous year, and we’ve been seeing a steady stream of positive (and not exactly surprising) news regarding the Nintendo Switch and its games. Not only was the system announced to be the most sold system in the UK in 2022, but it also earned the honored title of the best-selling console of all-time in France this past week. Its success even boosted it enough to surpass the Game Boy’s unit sales!
And now well-known US Video Game Industry Analyst Mat Piscatella is here to share the latest stats for titles that sold on Switch in 2022.

Keep in mind these charts don’t include digital sales — but even so, the list isn’t all that surprising. Just yesterday, we saw that the three Pokémon titles landed in top 10 spots among all console sales in 2022 , and just about all of the other games have had hit some pretty impressive milestones over the past few months.
