We’re officially in the home stretch! The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake launches on Nintendo Switch 2 on November 5, 2026, and if you haven’t secured your copy yet, now might be your last chance to save some money before release day.

Both Amazon and Walmart are still offering $10 off Ocarina of Time remake pre-orders, bringing the price down from $69.99 to just $59.99. That’s a pretty solid discount for one of Nintendo’s biggest upcoming releases, especially considering the game hasn’t even launched yet.

But here’s the catch. With launch day right around the corner, there’s a good chance these pre-order discounts won’t stick around much longer. Prices typically return to the regular $69.99 on or before November 5, so if you’re planning to pick up the game anyway, this might be the last chance to secure your discount.

And there’s another reason to consider pre-ordering now: both retailers are offering the limited edition foil cover, making this deal especially appealing for Zelda collectors.

We’ve rounded up the remaining Ocarina of Time pre-order deals below, along with links to Nintendo’s Zelda 40th Anniversary Switch 2 console and accessories. We’ve also included a few additional Switch 2 games that are still available at a discount.

Last Chance to Save $10 on Ocarina of Time Switch 2 Pre-Orders

With less than two weeks remaining until launch, the clock is ticking on one of the best pre-order deals we’ve seen for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake.

Amazon and Walmart are both still listing the game for $59.99, a full $10 below its regular $69.99 price. Both retailers are also offering the limited edition foil cover, so you won’t have to choose between saving money and getting the collectible packaging.

While there’s no official expiration date for either discount, we wouldn’t be surprised to see prices jump back to $69.99 once the game launches on November 5. If you’ve been holding off on pre-ordering, now is a good time to take advantage of the savings.

Zelda 40th Anniversary Switch 2 Console, Pro Controller, and Carrying Case

Of course, the Ocarina of Time remake isn’t the only major Zelda release happening over the next few weeks. Nintendo is also preparing to launch its Zelda 40th Anniversary Nintendo Switch 2 console, Pro Controller, and carrying case on October 30, 2026, just days before Link’s latest adventure arrives.

Unfortunately, if you were hoping to grab the limited edition console or Pro Controller, you’ve probably already noticed that pre-orders have been difficult to come by. Both items are currently sold out at Amazon and Walmart, although there’s still a chance additional inventory could become available as launch day approaches.

The matching carrying case, however, is still available at Walmart, making it one of the few anniversary items you can currently secure without waiting for a restock.

Here are the retailer links for all three Zelda 40th Anniversary products.

Zelda 40th Anniversary Nintendo Switch 2 Console

The limited edition Zelda 40th Anniversary Switch 2 console has been one of the most sought-after pieces of Nintendo hardware leading up to the holidays. Initial pre-orders have already sold out at both major retailers, but with the October 30 release date approaching, it’s worth keeping an eye out for any last-minute restocks.

Zelda 40th Anniversary Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller

For fans who already own a Switch 2, the Zelda 40th Anniversary Pro Controller offers another way to celebrate the series without purchasing an entirely new console. Unfortunately, it’s been just as difficult to find, with both Amazon and Walmart currently sold out.

With release day nearly here, we’d recommend checking both listings regularly in case additional stock becomes available.

Thankfully, not every item in the Zelda 40th Anniversary collection is sold out. The matching Nintendo Switch 2 carrying case is still available to order at Walmart, giving collectors one more opportunity to pick up a piece of the anniversary lineup before launch.

We’ll continue monitoring availability at Amazon and Walmart as the October 30 release date approaches and update this guide if additional Zelda 40th Anniversary stock becomes available.

More Nintendo Switch 2 Pre-Order Deals: Save $10 on Metroid and Hyrule Warriors

Ocarina of Time isn’t the only upcoming Nintendo Switch 2 game currently available for less than its regular price. Amazon and Walmart are also offering $10 discounts on two other anticipated releases, giving Nintendo fans a few more opportunities to save ahead of the holiday season.

Just like the Zelda deal, these discounts may not last through launch day, so it’s worth taking a look if either game is already on your shopping list.

Metroid Ravenous – $59.99 ($10 Off)

Samus Aran’s next adventure is also getting a pre-order discount. Metroid Ravenous is currently available for just $59.99 at both Amazon and Walmart, saving you $10 off the regular price.

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity Definitive Edition – $59.99 ($10 Off)

If you’re looking to add another Zelda adventure to your Switch 2 library, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity Definitive Edition is also discounted ahead of release. Both retailers are offering the game for $59.99, knocking $10 off its regular $69.99 price.

With The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake launching on November 5, there’s not much time left to take advantage of these pre-order savings. If you’re planning to pick up the game at launch, grabbing it for $59.99 now could save you $10 compared to its regular retail price.

We’ll continue updating this guide with the latest Nintendo Switch 2 deals and Zelda 40th Anniversary restock information as launch day approaches. Be sure to check back for any last-minute changes!
