Just in time for the release of Princess Peach Showtime! (and just a few weeks shy of Valentine’s Day), Nintendo is dropping a set of new pastel pink Joy-Con; releasing day and date with Showtime! on March 22nd.
Wait? Haven’t we seen these before?
If these Joy-Con look familiar, you’re not going crazy. While it’s the first time we’ve seen this color for the right Joy-Con, a pastel pink left Joy-Con made its debut back in June. While it’s nice to have a matching set in pastel pink, it would have been even better if Nintendo had created a more distinct pair of Joy-Con to celebrate our favorite Princess.
Nintendo is stocking the pink pastel Joy-Con exclusively at select retailers on March 22nd. In addition to this, the Joy-Con will be available online through the My Nintendo Store that same day. However, the pink pastel Joy-Con will only be available for a limited time. Nintendo has yet to list which retailers will be stocking the new Joy-Con.
