Ascended Heroes are a relatively new idea in Fire Emblem Heroes. So far only original characters from the mobile game’s own realms have gotten this kind of class change treatment, but thanks to an upcoming and extra fortunate addition that’s set to change.
Alongside fellow Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones additions Neimei, Rennac, and Colm; none other than the gambling swordsman Joshua is getting another chance at gacha greatness. Seemingly re-classed into an Assassin, he’s taken up daggers and new duds and when summoned for the first time will come with an Ascendant Floret item to empower one of your units.
Ascended Joshua and his Sacred Stones allies will arrive in Fire Emblem Heroes beginning January 6th at 11 p.m. PT.
