I’ve been a fan of classic gaming mods for sometime, even attempting quite a few myself. Some of them add amazing functionality, like the Game Boy Color IPS mod. Others transform a handheld into an HDMI enabled home console. But sometimes, they exist for no other reason than to prove it could be done — and there’s nothing wrong with that!

Enter the WideBoy Advance, created by Eliot from the YouTube Channel The Retro Future. It pretty much does exactly what you would imagine it would do based on its name: it makes the GameBoy Advance… wider. Why? Because, that’s why.
