Like all of the most recent first-party Nintendo Switch titles, games since the last generation of consoles have begun to completely phase out from including instruction booklets with their physical cartridges. However, many fans have consistently released their own versions of the small handbooks to fill the empty cases on their shelves.
While these can not be found in the traveling merchant Anna’s store or the outdoors marketplace, Twitter user @Nosey_Tengu and eighteen Fire Emblem: Three Houses fans have teamed up to create instruction booklets for everything you need to know when entering the Garreg Mach Monastery. Have a look below at his Twitter post showcasing three different booklets each based on the Black Eagles, Blue Lions, and Golden Deer!
"Hey, you. Listen up. I've got something to report."
I made an instruction booklet for Fire Emblem: Three Houses! This Garreg Mach Monastery-approved booklet comes in three varieties based on the different houses. Take a look at this thread to see who worked on them! #fe3h pic.twitter.com/acYIoULq8L

As stated before, while you can not purchase these currently from the creators, according to @Nosey_Tengu he does plan on distributing a few as soon as next week starting with the Black Eagles booklet. The booklets will be free, but the user will also be accepting Ko-Fi donations.
