Just in time for Halloween, we’ve got a launch trailer for the weird and wacky Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty. The game, developed by Oddworld Inhabitants and published by Microids, is a remake of the 1997 classic Oddworld: Abe’s Odyssey.
The game is a platformer, but in the vein of ‘90s Western platformers like Prince of Persia and Out of This World. You play as Abe, a slave at a meat processing plant on an alien world. After finding out they are going to be slaughtered and turned into meat, Abe tries to escape and free as many others as he can.
The game is available on the Nintendo eShop and physically in a regular and limited edition.
