Originally announced in 2019, cel-shaded first-person shooter XIII would be receiving a remake for this console generation. Then, thanks to a listing on Amazon Spain, we were expecting to go in guns blazing on November 10th, 2020.

Sadly, this isn’t the case for the Nintendo Switch version of the remake. Microids and PlayMagic released a new trailer via a press release, showing off what weaponry and gadgets you’ll come across and wield, but also announced that the Nintendo Switch version needs a few more months. Pushed to 2021, Microids and PlayMagic are asking fans to “[s]tay tuned for a future announcement regarding the Switch release date.”

Hopefully, we’ll see this future announcement in the coming weeks. As for now, XIII will be available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on its originally announced release date of Tuesday, November 10th.
