Ready to return to the uncharted planet of PNF-404 this October? Way ahead of Pikmin 3 Deluxe’s launch, notable though unofficial translator PushDustIn on Twitter spotted what appears to be the game’s final packaging landing in store shelves later this year. While visiting a local Yodobashi Camera, the user went ahead and posted photos along with additional information he had discovered in-person about the release. Have a look at his post below.

While it has been officially stated by Nintendo that the game will include new missions, difficulty options, and the Piklopedia, it appears as if the game will require a Nintendo Switch Online subscription for an unspecified online game mode. It’s important to note that Pikmin 3 Deluxe is once again not currently available. As PushDustIn replied to a user, stores in Japan are just beginning to take early reservations for the title, they are not selling it early.
Pikmin 3 Deluxe launches worldwide on October 30th, 2020. As more details are released about the upcoming port, we will be sure to let you all know.
