When Nintendo supports a controller for four hardware generations, you know they’ve got a winner in your hands. That’s the life of the GameCube controller, kept alive through just how perfect it is for Super Smash Bros. and, frankly, in general.

While there are ways to use the original with your Switch, and third-party offerings that replicate it, SADES has decided to put together something old and something new for a unique take on the Joy-Con.

The new GameCube-inspired Joy-Con replicate the button layout of the GameCube controller, bringing back the different sizes and shapes for the “A,” “B,” “X,” and “Y” buttons. The C-stick is also back, as is the D-pad, all in the GameCube’s shade of black.

These Joy-Con also support wireless play, motion controls, and amiibo!

While there are no other color offerings (at this time) and we can’t speak for their performance first hand, anyone interested in this unique blend of controllers can order them now on Amazon for $59.99 a set.
