San Diego Comic-Con 2017 is in full swing, and with it comes plenty of Nintendo news — particularly, new merchandise celebrating very beloved games. Thanks to @debaoki on Twitter, we have a look at one of the newest products revealed by comic book, graphic novel and art book publisher Udon Entertainment. During the the company’s presentation at the convention, it announced that a book dedicated to showcasing artwork from all four of WayForward’s Shantae games — titled The Art of Shantae — is due for release in 2018.

Yup, that’s right; Shantae (2002), Shantae: Risky’s Revenge (2010), Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse (2014), and Shantae: Half-Genie Hero (2016) will all be captured in illustrated form next year — which, if you think about it, really isn’t that far off in the future.

Not much else is known about the publication this very moment, but you can bet your bottom dollar that we’ll be reporting on news regarding Shantae’s newest endeavor as soon as more information becomes available.
