Update: Several controllers and cases are now available to pre-order via Amazon.

You would be forgiven for thinking a hot dog-themed controller is a made up idea. Alas, Hyperkin, best known for their pixel art Bluetooth controllers, have announced a new set of controller collaborations with various brands. They will likely be familiar names to you!

Special Thanks to Hyperkin for sending over a review unit. Check out our quick unboxing of the Hot Dog controller and case below.

Which brands are Hyperkin collaborating with?

The first brand to be unveiled is none other than Oscar Meyer for a retro Bluetooth pixel art controller that is designed to look like a hot dog. The controller’s design resembles that of a modern SNES controller. Just don’t try putting any mustard or relish on it, no matter how delicious it may look.

Are any other collaborations teased?

A picture posted by Hyperkin over on their official X account teased the initial Oscar Meyer collaboration along with Kool Aid and Huy Fong Sriracha sauce collabs. The latter two have not been shown yet, but were confirmed as being official by Hyperkin earlier this afternoon.

Where can I order the Hyperkin controllers?

The controller is available to order from Hyperkin’s website and is also listed on Amazon. However, with it being a limited edition production, once they’re gone, that’s it.
