Fun in the sun! Splatoon 3 released the anticipated Sizzle Season update yesterday, June 1st to celebrate Pride—I mean, the oncoming summer (let’s be real, it’s both). Additions include:
- New catalogue
- Stage: Barnacle & Dime
- Returning Splatoon 2 stage: Humpback Pump Track
- 2 Main Weapons (S-BLAST ‘92 and Painbrush)
- 9 new weapon loadout sets (Annaki Splattershot Nova, H-3 Nozzlenoze D, Rapid Blaster Pro Deco, Big Swig Roller Express, Heavy Splatling Deco, Custom Dualie Squelchers, Light Tetra Dualies, Tenta Sorella Brella, Splatana Wiper Deco)
- Salmon Run Stage: Jammin’ Salmon Junction
- 11 new Tableturf Battle cards
- Challenges mode
Changes include weapon balancing, Salmon Run tweaks, Anarchy Battle matchmaking, and more. Check out the full Sizzle Season patch notes for more – they’ve already released ver. 4.0.1 to fix a couple key bugs. See you on the Splattlefield, squid kids!
