In a game as resource-dependent as The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, any method to procure more items is a valuable one. And players have already discovered a simple way to duplicate materials (though not weapons, shields, or bows) in a pretty safe and repeatable manner.

The outlined process will duplicate whatever item you attach to your arrow, which has to be  material – that means you can stock up on either useful implements like Bomb Flowers or rare treasures like Star Fragments easily. And failure to duplicate is pretty low cost, meaning you can just keep trying until it works. User “Benjaninja” notes that he didn’t come up with the glitch – he’s unsure who to credit exactly, but cites @iLegendofLinkk “and others” who have helped explore the exploit. Now you can go forth into the Hyrulean wilds with as many duped items as you please!
