While watchers of the Japanese Pokémon anime said goodbye to Satoshi a few weeks ago, English-speaking fans have yet to wave a fond farewell to his counterpart, Ash Ketchum. While we’re still some ways away, we’re inching ever closer.
The third wave of Pokémon Ultimate Journeys: The Series episodes will be arriving in English via Netflix on June 23rd. These will focus on the remaining Masters Eight Tournament battles as well as Goh’s Project Mew escapades and Chloe’s growing appreciation of the Pokémon world.
Fans who have kept up with the Japanese series will know there are a few more episodes after the tournament’s conclusion and here’s hoping it won’t be long before we get to see the final adventures of Ash and friends worldwide.
