Last week for NIS’ 30th anniversary the company’s American branch announced two major titles. We’ve already covered the first – Rhapsody: Marl Kingdom Chronicles, a collection of two previously unlocalized sequels to the musical PS1 RPG. The other announcement, though, was much more expected.
Arguably the biggest franchise to come from NIS, Disgaea is getting its seventh mainline entry and it’ll be subtitled Vows of the Virtueless once it heads overseas. Check out the debut trailer:
The game stars the lazy warrior Fuji who must fight back against the tyrannical regime that has taken over the demon realm, Hinomoto.
Disgaea 7: Vows of the Virtueless will release globally in Fall 2023.
