Next year is looking like it has the potential to be glorious for Falcom fans. Not only is Ys potentially getting two Switch releases (assuming X gets a speedy English translation) but the Legend of Heroes is set to receive two releases overseas. Trails into Azure will cap off the Crossbell duology at long last in March and we have a date for the saga’s overall continuation with Trails into Reverie.
As announced in the new trailer below, Trails into Reverie will launch on July 7th, 2023.
As for what you can expect from the adventure, it will follow three protagonists. Rean Schwarzer and Lloyd Bannings will both return and be joined by the enigmatic “C”. Throughout the adventure you’ll use the “Trails to Walk” feature to switch routes and see the story from different perspectives.
You can set out on this climactic adventure on July 7th, 2023.
