The latest update for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has arrived, adding eight new tracks including 3DS Rainbow Road, DS Peach Gardens, and more besides. It turns out that’s not all, though, as an all new menu option has appeared!
As Eurogamer reports, an item selection menu has been added. This functions similarly to the item toggles in the Super Smash Bros. series, letting you select and deselect specific items at will. Want a race with nothing but Blue Shells? Go right ahead!
The feature works in offline VS modes and “certain” online modes.
