It’s been a week since Niantic began to roll out the new Daily Adventure Incense feature in Pokémon GO. For Trainers who weren’t selected during this first round, you’ll be pleased to know it’s now available for everyone!
Niantic made the announcement today on the official Pokémon GO Twitter account along with a short video promoting this new way to explore.
For Trainers that didn’t have access to Daily Adventure Incense during the rollout phase, you’ll now get the device via A Mysterious Incense Part 1 Special Research. Now, booting up the game, you should be prompted to have a new conversation with Rhi where she’ll discuss this strange Incense device and assign you A Mysterious Incense Part 1 and Part 2 Special Research.
From there, once a day you can activate the Daily Adventure Incense for 15 minutes. Make sure to be moving around so that Pokémon will spawn. If you’re super lucky, you can even encounter Galarian Articuno, Galarian Zapdos, or Galarian Moltres! Be careful though, as these legendaries are hard to catch and have a tendency to flee.
