Square Enix has already celebrated Final Fantasy VII’s 25th Anniversary in a few ways this year, ranging from a cool new logo to a ridiculous alarm clock, but it appears the big bombshell announcements could be just around the corner.
A Final Fantasy VII 25th Anniversary Celebration stream has been announced for next week on Thursday, June 16th. Remake director Tetsuya Nomura also had something to say about the event.

While it’s unlikely there’ll be any Switch news, there’s always a chance, and it’s a safe bet we’ll see some merchandise get spotlighted.
