It’s a triple threat of genres crammed into one nostalgic arcade-like experience. Rogue Games has announced that their latest retro-inspired title, Super Mega Zero, will be coming to Nintendo Switch this April 21st. Resurrected from the roots of forgotten arcade game Mega Zero, Rogue Game’s new iterations of the title aims to bring Robin Velu’s dream to fruition.

Super Mega Zero is a precision and puzzle platformer featuring several shoot ’em up elements. By picking up upgrades throughout the game, the player can switch from classic straight-forward platforming to puzzle-like action, or shoot’ em up gameplay.

For those interested in pre-ordering Super Mega Zero, the game can currently be pre-purchased on the Nintendo Switch eShop at a 50% discount. Right now players can pick up Super Mega Zero for only $4.99 before it returns to its normal $9.99 price tag.
