New Pokémon Snap is just about ready to revive the photo-catching concept for a whole new generation. There’re still a few more weeks of waiting, but a new Japanese trailer provides a full overview and plenty of new footage.

The biggest showing here is that areas of the Lental region will have multiple routes. The underwater environments, for example, can be explored near the surface or in darker depths. This will change which Pokémon you’ll encounter on a run. Similarly, as you level up on these routes you’ll find yourself encountering more Pokémon up close for better pictures.

Good thing too, as you’ll be able to upload those snapshots online for other players to browse and rate. You could very well be a high ranking Pokémon photographer and you won’t even have to visit a (or rather, the) Blockbuster.

New Pokémon Snap and all its photography fun will be available starting April 30th.
