After some playful teasing by Nintendo and Activision last night, it’s finally official: the remakes of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 are heading to Switch.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2, a remake of 1999’s Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater and 2000’s Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 2, launched in September 2020 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One and was met with positive reviews.

The compilation will launch for Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S sometime in 2021.

What’re your thoughts? Will you be picking this up on Switch? Let us know in the comments!

Whether it’s an exciting new entry in a series long established or a weird experiment meant only for the dedicated, Tom is eager to report on it. Rest assured, if Nintendo ever announces Elite Beat Agents 2, he’ll be there.
