Yet another once-Wii U exclusive is Switch-bound, but it’s not going to be a simple port! As announced as part of the Super Mario Bros. 35th Anniversary Direct, Super Mario 3D World is making its way to the Nintendo Switch, with a few extra cat bells and whistles.

For starters, you’ll not only be able to play with 3 other players locally, but also online. Then there’s what’s teased at the end of the trailer – seemingly all-new levels under the banner “Bowser’s Fury”. It looks very moody!

You’ll be able to pick up and play Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury next year on February 12th, 2021.

Whether it’s an exciting new entry in a series long established or a weird experiment meant only for the dedicated, Tom is eager to report on it. Rest assured, if Nintendo ever announces Elite Beat Agents 2, he’ll be there.
