Motifs in video game music are a dime a dozen, but the odd nod or easter egg is still a load of fun to find. Such is the case with the Shogun Studios music in Paper Mario: The Origami King, which is actually a slowed-down remix of Maple Tree Way from Mario Kart Wii, as GameXplain demonstrates:
