It seems Lord of the Rings actor Elijah Wood is the latest star to have given in to the temptation that is Animal Crossing: New Horizons — and it appears he’s an observer of island etiquette, to boot!

According to Twitter user Jessica Kovalick, Wood arrived on her island after direct messaging her on Twitter in response to a tweet that her turnip selling prices were 599 Bells.

The interaction was verified by Entertainment Weekly, which states it reached out to Kovalick and was given a video recording of her navigating to her direct message inbox.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Wood has also “Liked” many of Kovalick’s tweets about his visit.

Once on Kovalick’s island, Wood sold his turnips, complimented her town (“your island is beautiful,” he messaged in-game), and even politely asked if he could pick fruit.

According to Kovalick, Wood even asked how to leave a tip on his way out.

Celebrities are no stranger to the temptation that is Animal Crossing: New Horizons, with big names like Brie Larson tweeting about their love for the game, but not often do we see them hanging out with fans on their islands.

Wood is perhaps best known for playing Frodo Baggins in The Lord of the Rings movie trilogy, as well as voicing Mumble in Happy Feet and Happy Feet Two.

He’s also starred in the FX series Wilfred and has voiced Spyro in The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning, The Eternal Night, and Dawn of the Dragon games.
