As a franchise Yu-Gi-Oh! has held all kinds of staying power, with about half a dozen different story arcs and thousands on thousands of cards for fans to dive into. We’d already enjoyed Legacy of the Dualist when it originally released on Switch, but Konami has announced a free DLC update for the game to coincide with the game’s multi-console release.

Arriving soon on PS4, Xbox One, and PC; all the added content to those versions will come to Switch at no cost to players. This will focus primarily on the VRAINS series of the show, adding new characters and story duels as well as over 900 cards (presumably, mostly) from more recent expansions. That’ll bump the total number of cards to over 10,000 from across the franchise’s lifespan. It’s a great show of support and ensures Switch fans can keep up with the constantly growing scale of the game.

Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist: Link Evolution on Switch will see this new content on March 24th.
