Last month, Final Fantasy IX finally made its way to a Nintendo console for the first time. It is one of many Final Fantasy ports planned for release on Switch and other platforms, with Square Enix recently giving the initiative the umbrella slogan “Something for Everyone.” As part of the push, a new video series seems to have started up with original staff members taking a look back at the individual games.
In what is presumably the first episode, Final Fantasy IX is in the spotlight, with Producer Shinji Hashimoto (Producer), Character Designer Toshiyuki Itahana, Event Designer Kazuhiko Aoki, and Event Planner Nobuaki Komoto sharing their memories.
