Some new controllers are making their Switch debut, but they’ll look plenty familiar for everyone who knows Nintendo. These Switch compatible NES controllers will slide onto the Switch just like Joy-Con, playing wirelessly for all those upcoming NES titles for Online Service subscribers.
Joy-Con will be fully compatible with these games — but for those who want their controller input a little more angular, Nintendo’s got you covered here. No word on their compatibility beyond that, considering the limited buttons, but it’ll release in a pack of two controllers (one left, one right) sometime soon. Keep in mind that purchasing the set is limited to Nintendo Switch Online members only.
