Back in May, Cave Story creator Pixel confirmed his next major game, Kero Blaster, would be heading to the Nintendo Switch over the summer of 2018. Now, we have a confirmed date.

As announced via the StudioPixel.jp Twitter account, the game is available to pre-purchase in the US and Japan from today, with a release date of August 23rd globally.
