The massive French publisher Ubisoft almost always strongly supports new platforms from launch, but the company tried something a little bit different for the Switch by partnering with Nintendo on the surprisingly good cross-over Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle.

It seems like both the surreal strategy RPG and Just Dance have performed quite well, leading to Ubisoft singing the Switch’s praises in its most recent financial conference call. Here’s the full quote from CEO Yves Guillemot:

“This relationship continues to grow, and we are very happy with what we were able to achieve with Mario + Rabbids. Let’s also not forget the fact that Just Dance is also a big seller on the Switch, and that will continue to follow the growth of that machine. And yes in the future we are going to do more things – we just can’t go over that right now.”

We can only speculate what these new Switch games could be, though one of the biggest rumors floating around is South Park: The Fractured But Whole.

We’ll be sure to bring you the latest news on Ubisoft’s projects in the months to come.
