A couple of days ago we brought you news of a rumor claiming Bandai Namco’s Singapore studio is working on the hotly-anticipated Metroid Prime 4. Now, a few more sources have approached Eurogamer and said the same thing.

The rumor states that the Singapore-based dev team, comprised of former LucasArts employees who were working on the much-anticipated Star Wars 1313 before the studio was shuttered, has been handed the fourth game in the Prime series. From an art and scale perspective they definitely do seem like a good team for the project, even if the gameplay will hopefully be quite different!

We’re sure to hear more on Metroid Prime 4 in the months to come as the game has yet to receive a proper release date.
