Nintendo’s put a little more fuel in the engine for the Switch’s best-selling title! Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is about to get wave after wave of new courses from past titles, and we’re here to share the details. This’ll be the first time Mario Kart Tour tracks make their way into a console title, and some fan-favorites are back with a fresh coat of paint as well.

When does the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – Booster Course Pass Wave 2 release?

 

Wave 2 of the Booster Course Pass will be available starting August 4th, 2022. 

 

How can I get the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – Booster Course Pass?

 

The Booster Course Pass is available in two different ways. You can either purchase it as a standalone download for $24.99, or gain access to it by being a Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscriber. 

Whichever way you access the Booster Course Pass, you’ll be able to download the content as it arrives to your Switch and access it within your copy of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. 

 

How many tracks are in the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – Booster Course Pass?

 

The full Booster Course Pass will include 48 tracks spread across six waves of content. These will be released throughout 2022 and 2023. Be on the lookout for updates on when new waves are on the way! 

 

What tracks are in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – Booster Course Pass Wave 2?

 

Wave 2 of the Booster Course Pack includes two cups with four tracks each:

 

Turnip Cup

 

  • New York Minute – Mario Kart Tour
  • Mario Circuit 3 – Super Mario Kart
  • Kalimari Desert – Mario Kart 64
  • Waluigi Pinball – Mario Kart DS

 

 

Propeller Cup

 

  • Sydney Sprint – Mario Kart Tour
  • Snow Land – Mario Kart: Super Circuit
  • Mushroom Gorge – Mario Kart Wii
  • Sky-High Sundae – New course!
