Tetris 99 is getting its 20th MAXIMUS CUP soon, this time featuring a Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury theme.
The game will include artwork, music, and Tetrimino designs based off the game — more specifically, Bowser’s Fury.
The #Tetris99 20th MAXIMUS CUP event runs from 11pm PT, 3/4 – 10:59pm PT, 3/8! Once you’ve accumulated a total of 100 event points, a new theme will unlock, featuring art, music and Tetrimino designs inspired by the #SuperMario3DWorld + #BowsersFury! @Tetris_Official pic.twitter.com/QknqMuZbDX

By accumulating 100 event points, players can permanently unlock the event’s 3D World theme to play at any time.
The event starts Thursday, March 4th, 2021 at 11 p.m. PT and will run until Monday, March 8th, 2021 at 10:59 p.m. PT.
