Sega wants you to know that Pac-Man is now available in Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds via the “PAC-MAN Pack” DLC. Boasting a new course, five new characters, and a new car, you can celebrate the launch of this mini-expansion with a trailer highlighting the new course. It’s suitably Pac-Man themed, boasting classic music, visuals, and sound effects. It also plays into the CrossWorld’s theme by letting players travel between different courses.
For launch weekend, a special Pac-Man Festival will be taking place in CrossWorlds. Running from January 8th, 2026, until January 11th, 2026, the festival will allow players without the DLC to participate to earn some Pac-Man related goodies. I’m not sure if it allows you to sample Pac-Man without owning him, but at least you won’t need to spend more money if you’re only interested in racing.
