As the summer rolls on and Nintendo fans go about their routines, one thing remains constant: new Splatfests. Nearly every month since Splatoon 3 first released almost two years ago, they’ve been hosting new themes to keep their players engaged. With the most recent Summer Nights Splatfest having just wrapped up, they’ve already announced the next theme for August. This time, it’s going to be a Starch-Fest with the theme revolving around carb-centric cuisine.

The three choices this time around all revolve around starchy foods as mentioned above. The question is “Which would you eat every day?” with Shiver representing Bread, Frye representing Rice, and Big Man representing Pasta. The event kicks off on August 9th at 5PM PT, and runs until August 11th at the same time. That leaves plenty of time for players to make up their mind and choose their team before the Splatfest unfolds!
Per most Splatfests, the choice this time around is a difficult one indeed. Whether you’re a dedicated player who participates in every Splatfest or just play with friends every now and then, hopefully you’re able to make up your mind on this and have a fun time once it begins. Of course, once the event ends and the next Splatfest theme is announced, we’ll have that covered too, so stick around for that!
