Sega has announced that Sonic Superstars’ “Retro Diner Style” costume for Amy Rose is now free for all players! The downloadable apparel has Amy kitted out in an adorable blue waitress outfit. It is available on all gaming platforms compatible with Sonic Superstars.

The costume was previously only available to IHOP Rewards members. The American restaurant chain ran a promotion in April with a Sonic-themed menu and allowed members to redeem “PanCoins” for digital Sonic content. Sonic Superstars has a variety of downloadable costumes for its playable characters, including the free Shadow and Holiday costumes for Sonic.
Players are hopeful that the comic book-style skins, previously exclusive to Amazon Japan and members of Kroger’s Points Rewards Plus programme, will be announced as the next freebie. The skins give Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy an alternative cel-shade
