We’re less than one week away from the one-year anniversary of the release of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Given the immense success of the game, many Nintendo fans are wondering if anything special is coming in celebration of the game’s first birthday. Fortunately for those asking exactly that question, a new leak suggests that an official soundtrack release is in the works.

The leak comes from a user known as 3112 3112 via Nintendo Everything. According to said leak two albums will be available, a standard version and a limited edition version, although the differences between the two are unknown. The announcement is expected to come on May 12th, the one-year anniversary of Tears of the Kingdom, and the soundtrack would release in Japan in late July.

As with all things that come from leaks, be sure to take it all with a grain of salt. That being said, May 12th is coming very soon, so it won’t be too long until we find out for sure if this is true. Either way though, if you’re looking forward to celebrating the one-year anniversary of Link’s latest adventure, keep an eye out for news this coming week!
